The heart of Hillsdale

Greg and Donna Beverlin built more than a restaurant in 1989. They built a place where people felt welcome—where Donna's smile met you at the door and Greg's sauce kept you coming back. When Donna passed in 2015, the restaurant closed with her. But Greg never stopped making The Sauce. He still bottles it by hand, in the same bank building where it all began. And he still lives by their shared value: "You work hard and stay honest, and good things will always come back to you."
